Re-notification Regarding Appointment of City Police Constable on Contract
In continuation of the recruitment process, the Kathmandu Metropolitan City has issued a re-notification regarding the appointment of city police constables on a contract basis. Interested candidates can apply within 15 days of the publication of this notice.
Details of Recruitment
Candidates can apply for the post of city police constable from the list of Nepal Police and Armed Police. From the Nepal Police list, 24 candidates will be selected, and from the Armed Police list, 14 candidates will be selected. The selection will be based on the order of merit mentioned in the list. The recruitment process will also consider the inclusion of women, Adivasi Janajati, Madheshi, Dalits, and Alpsankhyak candidates. From the Nepal Police list, 15 women, 12 Adivasi Janajati, 1 Madheshi, 3 Dalits, and 1 Alpsankhyak candidates will be selected.

Application Process
To apply for the post of City Police constable, candidates must submit their application along with their registration number mentioned in the list and a certificate of citizenship. The recruitment department will consider the order of merit of the received list for the appointment.
Notification for Previously Applied Candidates
The notification also informs the 30 candidates who have applied according to the previous notice dated 2080/01/10 to come and understand the appointment process within 7 days of the publication of this notice.
