Crystal Counseling and Psychotherapy Training Center is going to host Online Panel Discussion on "Mental health and Suicide Prevention Awareness" with 'Fighters who are saving one's Life' Event. This Event will be held on 12th of September, 2020 (Saturday) from 1 Pm onwards.

Crystal Counseling and Psychotherapy Training Center lives by a core value "Here to Heal". This enduring value truly guides us as face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19), which the World Health Organization declared a pandemic throughout the world.

Mental health is extremely important at every stage of life. Due to this outbreak of COVID-19, many people are having emotional turmoil hence leading to depression, anxiety, stress, etc. Some even have suicidal ideation. Suicide is among the three leading causes of death. Suicide is the act of intentionally causing one's own death. Suicide prevention is a collection of efforts to reduce the risk of suicide. These efforts may occur at the individual, relationship, community, and society level.

On this Suicide Prevention Day, we would like to know the opinions of Mental Health Care workers on prevention of suicide.
