How to Enjoy FREE TIME AT HOME - Shyam Shah

In this panic situation, we are staying at home, there is lockdown & will continue for more days. We can make our free time more productive at home through the following activities:

Physical Exercise:

Due to our hectic life schedule, most of we have no physical activities. This time we can start doing exercise at home in morning & even in the evening. Start from simple stretching.

Meditation & Yoga:

Meditation as well as yoga are equally useful to make our mind relaxed  thoughts positive & powerful. We can also start enchanting mantras for few minutes. It is never too late, if we start from today. Internet can be a good source for the guidelines.

 

Healthy Eating:

Pay attention to home cooked-food. They contain rich nutrients required for our body.Stay away from junk food, cold drinks and minimize the intake of non-vegetarian source. Natural fruits & vegetables are good source of anti-oxidents that helps to prevent from infections & boosts-up our immune system.

Indoor Games:

It would better to spent time with children by playing Indoor games like carom, ludo,chess, etc. We can also share some stories with children.

Reading &Writing:

Some of we can engage our time in reading books, journals, autobiography, online materials, & so on. We can even write some texts, notes or anything on topic of our interest. Students having their exams postponed can use the time for fair preparation.

Stay Away from Rumors:

It is not wise to engage our all time listening news & visiting social media unnecessarily. Read the authentic news and do not circulate anything without proper information.

Stop Criticism:

All the time we blame local administration, police, government, media, doctors some other stakeholders. Doctors & health persons are taking their life at risk to save the victims. Government, media, local administration are also doing their best. This time we have to support their

Work  follow the rule.

Let us pray for the victims & salute the contributors. Once the lockdown settles down, let us not forget to contribute, what is possible.

To Sum up, no doubt together we will get rid of this global problem in very soon. Medical science & government are working day in & day out. But more important for all of us is to maintain hygiene, think positive, eat healthy & support mankind so that we can have a better world.
