In a jointly organized self-defense session by Mini Planet Kinderjoy Montessori and Phoenix Montessori Training Center on 7th of September, 2019 in Mahalaxmi-05, Tikathali, Lalitpur. International self-defense expert trainer Mr. Gaurav Singh Chauhan who is known as Gaurav Human delivered the training. He is the founder of “Human I am Foundation” and “Kalki Art of Self Defense”.

As per Ms. Rita Acharya and Ms. Rita Ghimire Timilsina It was great chance where the females were getting aware about their safety and security techniques to apply in day to day life with easy to learn self-defense art known as kalki art of self-defense. All techniques are created by Mr. Gaurav Human. As there are so many cases of rapes and eve teasing which creates a serious security and safety issue for females, such training and workshop are much needed and we appreciate the effort of Gaurav Sir even being a male to work on the safety issue for females which is really commendable.

Mr. Gaurav Human founder of Kalki Art of self-defense told us that techniques are all reality based and anybody can use when they need it. People from any age group can pick it up very easily to learn and use as when needed Gaurav also said safety and Pride is the priority for all women and girls and hence Gaurav is on a mission to keep travelling across the world and train females on self-defense and help them to be their own body guard.

Gaurav has till now trained more tha 1 lakh 50 thousand girls single handedly in India, Russia, Thailand and has plans to travel across globe to make girls aware of their hidden strength with his motivational seminars and self-defense techniques. Gaurav has also trained Army and Police self-forces commandoes in India and many other countries with his unique Kalki Art of Self Defense.
