The popular diet has come under security by some people in the health and wellness community . everyone ,from celebrities to teach influences and bloggers ,has become obsessed with the low carbohydrate ,high fat diet works by sending the body into ketosis ,which is the metabolic state where your body burns fat instead of glucose for energy . however ,some fitness except are not agree with the keto diet .some days ago ,fitness training ,Jillian Michael Blasted and also this diet it is bad idea for a million reason . We are used to getting about 45 to 65 percent of our calories from ,so that's a big change for your body to get used to ,but we are not starving our bodies for them . You could develop some nutritional defeciencies . The keto diet alon should not deprive your body of key vitamin and minerals ,if you get clousy with it and restrict too much or over it with the fast or red meat ,you might run into trouble . " If your not eating a wide variety of vegetables ,and fruits and grains , you may be at risk for deficiency in micronutrient, including selenium,magnecium ,phosphorus and vitamin C ",Dr.Morton Tavel ,a clinical professor emerities of Medicine at the indiana university school of Medicine ,said . A lot of Keto diet dieter don't eat enough fiber for example ,which leads to digestive issues like constipation .Other straggle with getting enough magnesium *which may trigger muscle cramps and fatigue and vitamin D,which can cause brittle bones and fracture . You can lose weigh quickly but you can gainbif back just as fast previous research has show that the keto diet any low carbs diet help dieter followed a low fat dietb.Thats been the main draw of of it after all. The keto diet isn't for everyone people We don't have much evidence regarding the long term side effects of the keto diet. That being said ,the dietitian nutritionist don't recommend adhering to the keto diet for months on end ,as its not a well balanced eating plan .   The keto diet is not right for everyone . Yes ,it could be a quick and effective weight loss plan for certain healthy individuals ,but it could put other seriously in danger. If you're thinking of going on a high high fatv, low carbohydrate ,always consult your doctors and dietitian .
