If we consider the strategies of developed nations, they allocate between 10 to 50% of the total budget on technology and innovation, as a result, over 200 million high paying tech jobs have been created globally in the past two decades. If we look at the budget of Nepal, only 1.4% ($144 million out of 14 billion) is allocated for Education, Science and technology which is adequate progress in building a better country. The difference between developed and underdeveloped nation is systemization of technology. It helps to create millions of jobs in different areas.
